Enjoy a warm welcome and excellent Bed & Breakfast at this traditional Scottish Country House. The elegant and spacious drawing room has an open log fire, and for those sunnier days there is an adjoining sun lounge from which to enjoy the breath taking scenery. Guests can enjoy dinner in Clint Lodge’s atmospheric dining room with it’s welcoming log burner; or a stroll in the large garden.

Traditional features have been lovingly restored such as the old wooden and tiled floors, original fireplaces and wood surrounds, all adding to Clint Lodge’s appealing and relaxing atmosphere.

Accommodation: There are five bedrooms to let – Four have en-suite bathroom facilities, two with original deep-fill baths. One of the super king/twin rooms has a private bathroom. Beautifully decorated, we have four rooms with either twin or super king size beds and one single/small double room. All are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and televisions. Wi-Fi is available throughout Clint Lodge.

Majority of our guest rooms are front facing, capturing the morning sunshine and the panoramic view across the stunning Scottish Borders countryside from the meandering River Tweed, across St. Boswells Golf Course to the distant Cheviot hills.

Dining: For all our guests we are delighted to offer a pre-bookable 3 course dinner. Whenever possible we use locally sourced produce and always the finest ingredients. Suzie is an accomplished, imaginative cooks and take great pride in presenting a wide variety, considered menu.

Cancellation Policy

B&B - Full refund for cancellations  if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made between 4-14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 3 days of check-in.

Entire House Rental - Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
